Hi I'm sorry I can't really make much comment as I have stayed on mine right throughout this pg and feel better for it. Like my ob says if baby could talk now they would be saying they just want a healthy happy mummy to grow inside x
I was exactly the same, my ob said it was much better for me to stay on them.
