Anything really salty helped me - Vegemite on cruskits, rice crackers, two minute noodles, Le Snaks and pretzels. Always had pretzels in my bag and ate them before getting out of bed too.
I took lemon sherbet lollies to meetings.
The key for me was to eat every two hours, even if I felt terrible. Helped instantly.
Almost 16 weeks & Im still have MS ALL DAY! As a few have mention - what may work today will be totally different tomorrow- I tried to be brave but by 11 weeeks I had enough & got some tablets from my doctor - thank heavens! dont always work but help a lot. Jatz bikkies always in your handbag/ car/ bed side are a must!
I had morning sickness all the way through to 34-35 weeks with both of my DD and then it got replaced with reflux which burned like crazy. I was hospitalized a few times for dehydration and got I don't know how many maxalon injections. The only thing I found that helped was if I hadn't been able able to eat and the acid had built up was to make myself throw up (for me it was easy just drank a huge glass of water lol) and then straight after eat something and I would usually be able to keep it down for a few hrs. But I was sugestered SOOOOO many different things that had worked for other people maybe some of them will work for you. Vit b6, flat lemonade, a couple of spoons of cider vinegar in warm to hot water, gum, lollipops, drinking through a straw (that one actually helped me stay hydrated on days when it wasn't as bad) and the usual ones like peppermint or ginger tea ice blocks or the sea sick bands.t I hope something works for you I found the ice blocks were great for my DS but I only had ms for 14 weeks with him so it wasn't as bad. Just try everything and what doesn't work one day may work another day it just seems to be trail and error. Good luck
