With DD1 & DD2 I vomited and was terribly lethargic for 4 months. But with this bub I got a tiny bit of nausea and that was it, I felt fantastic and this little one is a girl too.

My girlfriend had a boy and she vomited all the way through her pregnancy.

I think it just depends on how your body deals with the fluctuation of hormones in your system rather than it being whether bubs is a boy or a girl.
