Hi everyone,

I have not long found out we are expecting bub #2. My little man is nearly two and was a fairly normal pregnancy.. Apart from a bit of spotting in first trimester and borderline Gestational diabetes no real probs. Since his birth, after months of feeling unwell and a ridiculous amount of blood tests i have been diagnosed with Lupus (Auto immune disease) as well as Insulin resistance.
My concern now is the auto immune disease gives me a higher chance of miscarriage. My GP has recommended i take 1/4 disprin a day for 2 months to prevent my blood from clotting (Which can stop oxygen flow to baby)..
I just wondered if anyone has heard of taking disprin before to try and prevent miscarriage??
Any one else with lupus or similar??
Any comments would be great!!
