Firstly congratulations on your pregnancyand as the other ladies have said ms is a good sign of a healthy pregnancy.
When I was pregnant with the twins I had quite severe ms. For me it started at 5 weeks and went until I was 18 weeksbut that was with two bubbies.
Try a few different things and see what works for you. We are all different. Most of the stuff I tried has been mentioned above. I found for me eating small meals worked (I lived a vegemite on cruskits for a while) And I was only able to keep a couple down at a time. I also was taking maxolon as I was vomiting about 6-8 times a day when the sickness was at its worse. I wasn't able to eat before getting out of bed because as soon as I stood up it all came back up again, but try that and see if it works.
As the other girls have said try and keep up your water because you don't want to get dehydrated. I found sucking on ice cubes was good too. And try to rest. For the first 18 weeks I did nothing other than go to work. When I was home my DH basically did everything and my Mum did my ironing and stuff as I wasn't able to. If someone offers help grab it with both hands!!!
Good luck for the rest of your pregnancy. I hope the ms eases for you soon.
