my main problem is when im hungry... if i don't eat straight away.. i feel worse, but, at the same time, i don't feel like eating anything at all, but i have to force something down.
So glad I'm not the only one!! I'm thankful for the 'morning' sickness as I had 2 miscarriages where I didn't have those symptoms. So yes I'm thankful, but its horrible!

At about 5/6 weeks I started feeling ill all day, but wasn't sick. At 7 weeks I had a full week off work because I couldn't keep anything down. Feel ill, can't eat, vomit. Fudged my way through the last week at work, and am glad I'm now on holidays. On holidays til the end of 1st trimester, and really hoping it passes by then, otherwise I don't know what I'll do!

I feel sick all day. I have to keep eating otherwise I feel ill, but can't stomach to think about food to buy/prepare it. When I sleep in, or forget to eat I end up vomiting. Christmas was actually great because there was food there to graze on, I could pick and choose, and eat a little bit constantly. But thinking about eating every 2 hours is hard work, but if I don't, I vomit.

Does anyone have any tips on how to work out what to eat, when the thought of food just makes you ill?!?!

DRV, I found that bananas in the morning worked (and still works - yep I'm over 15wks and still crook!), apparently they are a natural antacid which settles the tum

btw - Since finding that bananas seem to work I've only thrown up once in the morning (because of my toothbrush!) and even though I hate throwing up, bananas are much more pleasant (if that's possible) to bring back up!
