    I think it's just that they have to be cooked all the way through...so no runny eggs. I missed poached eggs with runny yolks while I was pg! I think it's a salmonella risk (although like the risk of listeria would be fairly low, but still a risk most aren't willing to take..), but as long as the eggs are cooked all the way through they should be fine

    Yeah i think it's to do with the cooking, i will only eat them if they are really well done. i'm extremely cautious with what i eat though.

    If they have older children they will say that because the rules weren't there when they were pg. because my gaps are so big I have really noticed the differences in each pg. When I had DD1 you could eat whatever you liked LOL

    I ate whatever I liked during pregnancy and BF. It is up to you really. I couldn not live without boiled eggs that I can dip bread soldiers in or runny poached eggs..I survived ok. I do totally understand when people are cautious what they eat during pregnancy
