With the second, I was trying and I noticed I had heartburn, which I only had when pregnant last time, so I knew! I was lucky not to get any other symptoms, just felt like my body was normal, which freaked me out! Morning sickness until around week 11 (weird!) and it lasted a couple of weeks.
