I agree with the others 1400 is probably too low. The average woman needs around 2300 cal a day. A preg one needs an extra 300. Preg is no time to loose weight.

I have also just lost around 10kg in the last couple of months and dont want to blow out and I still exercise but really moderately. The main thing to be concerned about is how hot you are getting. If you over heat you can damage the baby as its cells wont cope with being too hot. Too hot for me means sweating at the gym. So I might go on the bike next to the fan and keep my heart rate around 145 beats rather than up to my usual 185. Also remember that even early in preg we get that hormone relaxin in our blood with relaxes our joints and so we are far more flexible - that can mean that we are able to strain our joints without meaning too.

I am limiting myself to gently bike or cross trainer work and light yoga. Its frustrating as I love going to the gym and really working hard but I can do all that again once bubs is here.
