I went into woolies last night because I couldn't stomach what was planned for dinner. Bought myself a box of Cheerios - don't know why, just picked them up in the cereal aisle. They went down a treat this morning - have just had a second helping. I'm thinking I'm going to be living on them for a while. Oh, and I had a small piece of plain old rump steak last night - it was delicious.

What a problem to be in.
Have you talked to your Dr/midwife/ about this? Might be worth a call to see if they can suggest something.
Pity that milk is out as you could make smoothies, extra dosed Milo drinks etc..

How about raw cabbage? I couldnt stand smells or tastes in my first month of pg so I ate (probably an unhealthly amount) raw cabbage. I know its a bit crunchy, so maybe not.

BTW if you cant eat the lasagne I'd be happy to help

Please don't take this the wrong way, but if the issue has a psychological basis and causing a physical problem, maybe trying to work on both issues at the same time could help. Have you ever talked to someone about your eating when you get stressed?

    take care,

    K
