    Hi hun,

Im loving raisin toast atm, pretty much the only thing i like to eat, other than normal toast with some marg and a cup of tea.

Are taking some preg vitamins? They mite help in keeping yourself and baby up with essential vitamins and minerals while you work out the food issues.

    Best of luck

Wow Squidipa it sounds like your having a rought trot! Was it the same for all your other pregnancies? If it was then kudos to you for going through all this a fifth time! And to think I whinge if hubby to be brings me vegemite toast instead of cheese on toast in a morning lol.

I hope you feel better soon and find some foods that don't make you ill. At the moment I can't get enough strawberries (which i normally don't eat) and yoghurts (which I NEVER eat normally as they make me sick) Goodluck with your food issues hun! Hopefully it passes soon and you are feeling happier soon too

P.S. I'm due the day before you!

Squid, one hopes I can ease your mind just a little - but as much as you want to throw "good" food down there, I found with my HG that ANY food is preferable to No food. I got through my first pregnancy on Burger Rings and Water. The second was Watermelon and Strawberry milk. Yes I would eat my prepared meals too but they never lasted. Some dinners were returning before the plate was half empty.

Plus I believe your cravings are simply your body telling you it needs X vitamin/etc, and it remembers what food has the most digestible form, and you crave it. So don't ignore them. Go with it. It makes the whole thing so much easier to get through if you just follow your internal cues.

For any other time, if it can go down - and stay down - then just eat it. Its better than nothing at all.
