If you constantly touch you face you can make the situation worse. For example sweating at the gym and using you hand to wipe the sweat away will transfer germs, it would be better to use a clean towel. If you are going to touch your face wash your hands before and then again after. Wash your face at least 2 times days. Find a product that you like/works for you. See a beautician, thier products can be expensive, but I was an improvemnt in my skin when I used it regularly. Not that I have bad skin though. But currently sporting a deep pimple the size of a golf ball on my chin.

)... the problem I'm having is oily skin. REALLY oily. I have had oily skin before, but have never found a face wash or cleanser or anything that actually worked for my skin and didn't make things worse. So I usually just wash with water, and it sorted itself out.
) any make up or anything, so thats not the problem.
