How did/do you handle morning sickness at work?

Morning sickness for me has really ramped up this week. I was feeling yucky all week, but this morning was the worst - I actually vomited. At my desk. It was horrible in a funny way, I won't go into it but did have to rush back home to get changed.

Afterwards I felt 100% better, but until then I was really just quite useless!! Same thing yesterday - no good till after 10. I start at about 8:15 and can't really delay it, so I'm just wondering if there are any ways to try and keep it down? I had no way of making it to the loo and even if I did, it's right by two colleagues and they'd hear everything. I really don't want anyone at work finding out I'm pregnant until 12 weeks.

Any tips or ideas would be much appreciated

Fresh orange and lemon juice, cold as you can get it.
Do you have a juice bar nearby? I didn't even like it all that much, but it made all the difference.

Lol I was actually on my way next door to buy juice when the yucky feeling came!! Afterwards that's the last thing I wanted, but tomorrow I'll make sure I have some on hand early, thanks

And shell, good to hear the food thing works, thanks. I was thinking half the problem was because I hadn't eaten since breakfast which was a long time earlier. On my back from getting changed I popped into Foodland and got some scoth finger biscuits, they really helped for the rest of the morning

I kept a big stash of lollies at work - especially sour ones as disgusting as they are, they took away the really sick feeling. I also drank orange and lemon juice - you can buy it in the fresh juice section at the supermarket if you don't have a juice bar. I never could stop myself from vomiting unfortunately, so I had to tell some work mates earlier than I would of liked - especially after I vomited in the kitchen sink while one was eating her lunch .

I ate and ate..never had and empty stomach. I also drank lemon & ginger tea. Snakes and Sour Bears were always great at keeping the nausea at bay.

Haha JM! I did try the 'gastro' angle for a while - DS apparently passed it on alot from daycare - but then everyone got too suss. I have enjoyed being pampered by everyone though!
KT - you can also try things like sea sickness bands which you can buy from the chemist - they never worked for me but I do know people that have used them and had success.
