For all 3 of my pregnancies the m/s gets really bad for about 2 weeks (roughly 8.5-10.5 weeks pregnant), where it was quite hard to keep from vomiting at work unless I could somehow stay at my desk for almost the whole day. I had to be really careful to eat only bland foods like peanut butter and bread, cold apples or grapes, dry cereal, crackers, almonds and cashews and drink cold water with a half-strength drink powder in it like Gatorade. The absolute longest I could go without food was 2 hours and eating and drinking very slowly and very consistently throughout the day saved me from a lot of vomiting. You could also save your prenatal vitamins to take in the evening or before bed for now since they can often make the nausea more intense. But I'm hoping for you too that the m/s will ease up and become much more manageable around 10-11 weeks. I think it's because the placenta starts functioning and takes a lot of the strain off of you. You'll still probably have to use a lot of your anti-nausea tricks but you'll have more grace if you go too long without food. Another suggestion from my experience is the sour lollies, citrus, fizzy drinks, and juices can give a quick relief to nausea but if you don't get some actual food into your stomach as well, then you'll probably end up vomiting anyway and the citrus burns. It's so frustrating that when you're most turned off to food you have to eat it sooo often and have to keep thinking about it. Argh!! I hope some of this helps.
