Before i knew i was pregnant with our first angel i was out at a pub with people buying me drinks all night. I didnt want to drink (and realised why later) so i just kept accepting the drinks because it would have been rude not to. I just wondered around and left them on various tables and then would have a water as my alternate drink. Just say you're alternating. You can have a sip of bubbles at midnight though (if you want).
