The only thing you can really control is what you ear and the amount of exercise you do. Everybody is different and so are the pregnancies.
I too was fit and small when I fell PG. Usually a size 10 but I did wear size 8 clothing quite a bit too. I didn't gain any weight until my 20 week appt but not because I was trying to avoid weight gain, I just didn't gain! My 24/7 nausea until 16 weeks probably didn't help (or helped depending how you look at it, lol!). I loved to exercise but all that came to a halt due to bloating and nausea until 16 weeks then back, groin and pelvic pain took over from about 20 weeks. My OB suggested I stop exercising altogether around 30 weeks as I was in far too much pain.
So despite wanting to eat healthily and exerise during my pregnancy, my body really took over and led the way. That said, I only gained 10kg my entire pregnancy, lost 5 before I left the hospital and was at my pre-pregnancy weight by the time DD was 5 weeks old. I put no effort in, it just happened (possibly the stress of a newborn)
I didn't get one stretch mark but once again, I did nothing to avoid them (I think all the creams are a waste of money). Turns out I was lucky, I have good genes as my mum and sister were the same!
Now to the belly, yeah mine is a bit saggy baggy. I could probably work my butt off and get it back in shape but I personally can't be bothered. It's flat enough, just a bit baggy. I figure another baby will be moving in there in the not too distant future so I'll deal with it once I'm done having kids. Maybe I'll get an ab machine to use after my next baby arrives but my muscles will probably remain split for months again - like with DD - another thing I can't control.
Anyway, you probably get my gist. There are a lot of uncertainties about how your body will react to pregnancy so I'd just eat as healthy as you can, keep up the exercise (within reason) if you can and just go with the flow.
