Thanks this is all really good advice... i bought an Ab-rocker today (at Kmart on sale for $6 ) Bio oil and Palmers body oil ....

I do agree the health of my baby is most important.... and in order to be a good mum i need to be happy healthy and confident so keeping fit is key ! thats if i can stay awake, i didnt know that being this tired was possible !? XX
Just be careful with the ab-rocker, you shouldn't really use them during pregnancy, especially once you start to get a decent bump. Your abs will separate during pregnancy and you can cause more damage than good doing sit-ups (hernias being one of the possible outcomes). The same after birth. It's best to check with a good physio (preferably one who specialises in pregnancy) as to when you should stop and resume sit-ups.
