Wow..your post sounds exactly like how I felt and continue to feel now- even at 39 weeks pregnant!!!!

Even now I wake up in the morning and think "geez, I dont feel pregnant today". throughtout my pregnancy I have had some minor bouts of nausea, no vomitting, no sore breast or breast changes. The only thing I have had is fatigue!

Don't panic and stay positive and best of luck

This is my my 6th pregnancy & I've only ever done a pee test at the doctors for 2 of them. HPT's are reliable enough these days that its not needed to do another one just for the doc to see.
TBH this pregnancy is the first I've ever had a blood test done at the start. It wasn't to confirm the pregnancy, as the HPT had done that, it was to try & get an estimate of how far along I was, as my irregular period had me at a loss. Once the BT showed I was past 8 weeks, I was sent for an u/s.
I do get very bad m/s though, so I do feel the proof for the first few months! This time it was a shock to realise I'd gotten to 8ish weeks without knowing
