    i would continue as you have been - i use low fat milk, yoghurt, cheese etc

    Low fat is good, no fat is bad..... We need good fats for the babies brain development since the brain is made of fat/cholesterol. Maybe have smaller portions but have the real thing. Fatty fish, avocadoes and eggs are suppose to be the best brain foods..... Eat whole foods, and stay away from processed stuff that is loaded with extra fat and sugars that pack on the weight.

    Cool, thanks. I thought as much. Will buy a 'more fat' one next time. I have been eating avocado though. Trying to be 'healthy' with snacks too, V8 juice(so i know I am getting enough vegies) nuts and dried fruit, plus fresh fruit. At the moment my diet is so good. Let's hope it lasts
