Just wanted to revive this thread as it's a good one to read. I've been ponding this exact issue myself. I'm on xmas holidays from work but when I return i think i'll struggle food wise.
Normally for breakfast I either have 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with vegemite or some cereal such as Just Right or Weet Bix. So i think i'm covered for Breakfast.
Lunch is generally a bit of a change each day. One day i might have a microwave meal (probably going to have to cut that out I assume???), a can of soup (such as beef stew with vegetables - pipping hot of course) and some toast, another day maybe left overs, and maybe another day salad with salmon. I know I have to cut out the 'smoked salmon' but i'm assuming I can still have canned normal salmon (like in springwater) or the tuna pouches you can get with different flavours. I've also really taken a liking to tortilla wraps with phili cream cheese, salmon or tuna, then salad and an awesome sweet chili sauce I found.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me that will be ok to eat???
Also throw in some fruit salads which i make fresh each morning and i'm hoping I won't have to stress too much..
I also heard today that it's no good to have honey!!! Is that true??
Does anyone know of any good cookbooks especially for PG people which might have easy lunch options??
