Soft cheese is actually ok, as long as it's made in Aus, which all those little cheese places definitely are!

Feel free to ask your care provider if you like but our laws state that all cheeses have to be pasteurized, which kills listeria.

As for the wine... Wow, so tough. I do not envy you... I love wine and going while pg would be so tricky! That's not helpful for you at all sorry!!

I struggled a bit with this one as I didn't want to lie (personal choice) So we went with subterfuge!

I have done the covert drink-swapping with Dh before... That works when you are in a party or something where things can get a bit lost and confused itms? If you're tasting wines... Spit. It's not rude - just say you don't want to get hammered at the wineries and then do some drink swapping at wherever you are staying!
