OH MY GOD - I can so relate to this one! (how come no one tells you about this lovely symptom before you get pg)?
The only thing that works for me is to lay down, couch or bed it doesn't matter & tuck you knees right up.
After about 10 minutes you will hear a huge explosion (lol) or a few little ones but even just being in that position helps the pain.
I have tried lots of things & this is the only thing that works & works fast, now I know why babies tuck their legs up when they have wind.
Hope this helps you too. (I find I have bad reflux which I'm thinking could be related).
