The Natural Way to a Better Pregnancy is an excellent book. It is by Franscesca Naish and Jeanette? There are 5 books in the series and they are all great. I also have ‘The Natural Way to Birth and Bonding’ and the Breastfeeding one. Up the Duff was a good, funny read. I didn’t like What to Expect when you are Expecting.
