cant get over how different im feeling this pregnancy

last time i had cramping and spotting at about 5 weeks then constant nausea from the moment I woke up and exaustion till about 12 weeks

this time I am waking up feeling well, then mid morning feel so sick this lasts till late arvo then I feel fine, I definately feel more tired than normal but am have trouble sleeping- so frustrating
