I have been told definately no caffine for this pregnancy.
I love the Jarrah Belgium Hot Chocolate especially with one or three marshmellows in it I also need a hot drink but mine is more in the morning. There seems to be very little caffine in these (that i can tell anyway). Another option for you is hot water (boiled) with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a little honey for sweetness - YUMMO
Glad you are enjoying your hot chocolate! I love the mint flavoured one too (the Cadbury one?).
I have had a coffee most days this pregnancy. I figure one a day should be ok! If you have been told to limit your caffeine for a particular health problem, be aware that chocolate (not just hot chocolate) has caffeine in it too.
My friend made me some ginger tea last night, it was delicious! Ginger is good for digestion and overcoming nausea, too. Caffeine free, naturally.
Get some ginger root, slice 4-5 bits off (thickness of a $2 coin), put in a cup with a good squirt of honey and a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice, then pour on boiling water.
