Is it safe to take de gas tablets in pregnancy?

I often get gas stuck in my abdo, I usually take de gas for this. But have not been taking for fear its not safe during pregnancy. Does anyone have any info on this?

Yes hun they are safe

If it doesn't work (didn't work for me) try tums (also safe after the first tri) they work a treat for me and the added calcium in them has kept leg cramps away.
