Thanks ladies. I caved yesterday and while DF cooked dinner, I decided to lay on the couch and have a nap. Was apparently out for about 40 min and I felt so much better. No problems getting to sleep last night either. And I feel much better today. Still really tired, but I'm not falling asleep at my desk.

Now I feel kinda silly worrying about having a nap when clearly my body has been screaming at me to have one. Pretty sure a nap before dinner is going to be a regular thing now

definitely keep the naps up! that's exactly what i did when i was PG with DS & working full time. every day i would come home from work, go straight to bed for an hour & then get up & have dinner. i would still be in bed by 10ish i think & had no trouble sleeping overnight! i think by the time i was about 13 weeks i didn't feel the need to nap after work anymore (well, not as much). afternoon naps on weekends/days off are great too!
