I'm pretty lucky so far, I have no morning sickness to speak of (touch wood) so I feel like I really shouldn't complain when so many women feel so ill when they are pregnant. But I am so exhausted and I don't know how to try and combat it. I started back working full time after a few months off around the time I conceived, so it's entirely likely that just being back working fulltime is contibuting aswell. I've thought about napping when I get home from work, but then I'm worried I'll sleep too long and will end up having trouble getting back to sleep later. I've also thought about just going to bed as soon as I get home from work, but then I worry about skipping dinner.
I know it seems like a silly thing to complain about, but I am struggling to go to work every day. Were it not for DF dropping me off on his way to work and dragging me out of bed every morning, I would likely be calling in sick.
Any suggestions to beat this exhaustion? Or is it one of those things I just have to wait out?
