    have i eaten something bad?

    I just had a few mouthfulls of salmon quiche which was from yesterday that i was never told - have i just put my babys life at risk?

    It will be fine!!! many people eat soft cheese . deli meats etc

    You will be fine. Like Didispunk said many people eat soft cheese and deli meats with no problem at all. If it was heated up, then any bacteria that might have been there would have been killed. Try not to worry. Sometimes I think we worry too much about these things.
