Could be a burst blood vessel from DTD if it wasn't much - alot of blood is pumping around that area! Can just take a few days to exit ....

I had dark red spotting at 6 wks (later on u/s confirmed I had an implantation bleed), and a few dark brown spots after DTD at about 13 weeks.
