    Stomach Bug

2 weeks ago and today I had a stomach upset that had the usual lovely symptoms. I don't know what's caused it both times, but the symptoms only lasted a day or 2.

I'm just wondering if I should be seeing my doctor. I'm keeping my fluids up and I'm otherwise completely and utterly fine. Can stomach bugs hurt the foetus?

Apparently not. I am recovering from gastro and my OB tells me baby is perfectly fine, it's just mum that's sick.

    Hi,

I'd just make sure you keep your fluids up like you said but maybe just check with your ob tmi but was it just vomitting or both ends? It's just I'd probably get it checked seeing as you had it twice in as many weeks! but if it was just vomitting maybe it was just ms

Both ends, but short lived. I don't think it's morning sickness, because I haven't had any of those troubles.

I'm not seeing my ob for about 4 weeks, but I have my nuchal scan in 1 1/2 weeks. I guess if there are any problems I will see my ob sooner. I'm a bit tired of the doctor's bills.
