Mine was discovered after 5-6 days of light spotting. I was told it would most likely be re abosorbed by my body adn not be too much of a drama.
Well, I had a MASSIVE bleed.... but don't be disheartened!! I am still very much pregnant with my gorgeous little bubba. I had a scan a few days after the bleed and the subchornic heamatoma was gone. I had a small amount of spotting for another 2 weeks, and have had none since.
Now, all I get are major jabs in the groin. lol

Def stay positive. The fact you have had no bleeding is a fantastic sign!
Keep an eye on yourself, take it easy. It's most likely that it will be reabsorbed (I know of 3 close friends who had the same thing).
