We made 9 weeks on Sunday! I swear it has been the longest 9 weeks of my life! Quick qestion, what is the reason for the ultrasound at 12 weeks?

I passed 6+2 weeks yesterday which is when I miscarried last time. I got bloods done yesterday to check everything and hcg is at 50 000 counting down to my scan which will be done at 7 +6 weeks (next Friday)
