Congratulations! I told my DR when I found out that I wanted to tell people at Christmas, like it was another surprise... but she told me to wait til 13 weeks. We ended up telling my sister and her husband at 5wks and my mum at 5wks and my dh couldn't hold it in any longer and told his parents, who neither looked impressed or believed us at 6wks. We ended up telling his brother, nan and uncle on Christmas (7wks) and I waited heaps and heaps longer to tell my dad. I told my boss at 7wks. Everyone else was told at about 16wks. It wasn't that i was embarassed to be pregnant, I just didn't want to have to disappoint too many ppl if anything went wrong!
