I have my first Ob visit next week at 11 weeks. The following week I have my ultrasound for the combined downs test.
Will the ob have a doppler so we can hear the heartbeat?
The reason I ask is that my husband will be overseas for the 12 week ultrasound so he'll miss out and I'll be going on my own but I'd like to at least share some "sign" of our babys existence with him for the first time.
We haven't told anyone yet as we want to tell our folks with ultrasound pics and DVD in hand - I'm dying to blurt it out!!! Have to wait till 14.5 weeks when hubby gets back from OS!!!
