I have been feeling queasy all day every day for just over 2 weeks now, and although I know it's part and parcel of pregnancy it has been getting me down over the last couple of days. As soon as I wake right up until my head hits the pillow at night I feel yucky - I've been having trouble concentrating at work, and the sick feeling just seems to consume my every thought and movement (or lack thereof). Is it this bad for anyone else, or have I just been unlucky? Has anyone got any tips on how I can feel a bit better about it all instead of feeling so down and sorry for myself?
