It's really hard when you're on a deadline! You sound very stressed about all this.
After being induced at 42 weeks first time round (which was pretty terrible), I resigned myself to a long pregnancy with No. 2 and it was spontaneous.... at 42+3. Some babies just take longer.

If your cervix is soft, then you're on your way. I suggest you spend the weekend doing something relaxing and/or distracting for yourself. Nice things that make you feel good.

How do you feel about being induced on schedule? You can ask for more time, if you wish. Or perhaps request an S&S on Monday and see how that goes.

I second relaxing, I know it's much easier said than done but stress it's self can put labour off. I hope it all happens naturally for you

my LO stayed put and comfy until 42 weeks, so i hear you. Hard as it is, try not to stress.

Educate yourself about induction, so if you DO have to go thru it, you will at least know the options. I didn't educate myself on the Plan B side of things, and came to regret that. (didn't understand the words, had no idea what to choose). Good to be prepared.
