I got mine after DS was born.... I used Rectinol cream... It's still there and really i should go get it actually looked at... but i haven't! The cream didn't make it go away but it made it less painful and i can actually poop without wincing or it bleeding and i can sit with no problems now; so perhaps it made is smaller but it is still there. I think if they are too big you can have them surgically removed?
