CK - Do you take your lunch with you to work. My DH finds that this is the best way to control what he is eating. Either DH or myself prepare his work lunch for him the night before. Often it is leftovers from dinner, or salads with bread rolls etc. He always keeps a few things at work too, just in case he forgets - ie, baked beans, tuna, tin soup. Occaisionally we will pick up the prepackaged salads from Woolies as well (they have a pretty decent chicken cesear salad which is very low in kjs), or worst comes to worst MacDonalds have salads too. But if you are going to MacDonalds, then you need to be very careful to decide what you are getting before you get there and stick with it. They do have some good salads (I like the Seared chicken cesear salad WITHOUT bacon bits), and be very wary of the dressing you choose. The french dressing and a few of the others are very good choices, but the Cesear dressing is very unhealthy and high in kjs - rule of thumb is to stay away from the creamy dressings.
For fessing up your stats. It is hard isn't it. (tell you a 'not so' secret - I actually work for Weight Watchers, so it is doubly embarrassing for me to admit how far I have let myself go. When I first joined WW as a member I weighed over 100kgs, and worked very hard to loose all that weight; but it is like a revolving door, everytime I fall pregnant I find myself having to reloose it all again. At least this is my last baby, so my challenge after bubs is born and I loose the weight again, will be to actually keep it off - much harder then loosing it IMHO).
