Misty - bet the icecream is off and tastes horrible. You don't want it anyway.

I haven't touched it yet. But am so tempted. I had a big drink and a nice crunchy carrot instead. And I think I might go have a bath, so that I cann't go and get any.

I keep on looking at my exercise bike, knowing I should get back on it ... but it's still quite uncomfortable, post surgery ... boo.

Today I had an up'n'go and slice of banana bread for brekky, an apple and two mandarins for snacks, beef & barley soup with a slice of wholemeal bread with butter and another slice of babana bread for lunch, then a small serve of pasta with dolmio sauce and some cheese for dinner ...

dinner didn't sit well ... I'm trying to have some mineral water or something, maybe some steamed potato ...

Went for a swim after work tonight - ooooohhhhhhhhh laying back floating weightlessly in deep water is bliss!

Had a lovely mushroom soup for lunch, then mince and veg for dinner cooked by my lovely DH. He's awesome.

I need new bathers too - my boobs are spilling out the top, thank goodness for my rash shirt...thinking I might get a tank top style so it's not mission impossible to bf in them later on as being in Perth we spend about half the summer either at the beach or the pools.

Breakfast this morning was less than flash - bacon and egg sandwich on the way to work because I was starving and craving protein. Got another one of those all too easy to be naughty morning teas at work today, so will have to go super-healthy for dinner I think.

    Loving winter cherry season though.

do you like rice pudding, or stew?

chilli con carne (maybe very mild, if your mouth is sore) or pastabake or savoury mince with noodles...
