I am having mine this weekend, at 35weeks. I dont feel like a big whale, but, thats just me i suppose. I expected to feel whale like at this stage.
I was originally going to arrange it myself, but, my SIL's decided that they wanted to do it, and so i figured, what the heck.
I had no dramas in arranging my own baby shower. I figured that way, i would get exactly what i wanted in terms of food, games, decorations etc. But, the down side was that i would have to pay for it all. I say, go ahead, arrange one yourself, and tell peoples that its your mum's doing if it makes things less awkard for you.
