Waaaaah! Just popped into my local Kmart and they are no longer stocking any maternity items, boo hoo! Looks like PP is my only option now. What a hassle, I only need a couple of tshirts to see me through.

    Wonder why?

Kmart seem to be streamlining a lot lately. They don't even stock Huggies nappies anymore.

DH works for Coles and apparently there are plans to start building big stores where you do all your grocery shopping as well as clothes etc (a bit like Costco I guess). When I mentioned that Kmart are definitely getting rid of their maternity line, he first thought was that somehow it's connected. We're just speculating though.

we had that with the woolies (central Qld) when I grew up in the 1980s - general clothes and groceries at the same place - visited that store in the holidays and it'd all changed to just groceries

    Greensborough.

Could also duck to Northland or Doncaster. Even Plenty Valley or Epping... if I'm desperate

    Maybe I'll ring a few...

Thanks for the Big W tip though, there's a Big W at Doncaster so that's good as a back up!

Ok ladies! I called Kmart customer service and got the low down on Bub2b!

Kmart are discontinuing Bub2b at some of their stores. We already knew that. BUT - some of their bigger stores will still carry some of the range. She checked Northland, Greensborough and Plenty Valley for me and she said they will all continue to carry the range but not as much as they once had.

She said to call them direct and ask what they are stocking. Might just go for a visit...

So call Kmart customer service (can I post the phone number?) and ask them to check your local stores!

    Hi,

i bought some from (commercial site edited) based in the UK. i bought the three pack of black, white and grey for 13 pounds.. so watever that converts to?? about $25.00 and they are great! i think i am pretty big as well for 25 weeks and they still have plenty of room. Not too high in the neck part and a great length. They have free postage as well. It is great. thinking of getting some in the coloured versions as well for summer.

Lucky you!! I might check my third and final Kmart store tomorrow. They only had a few odd wintery tops at the other two stores. All were too big for me but I have plenty of winter mat clothes anyway.

    So bummed about all this!!
