Red face Bloated and wind pains

In the evenings I get sooo bloated and I suffer major wind pains across my belly, so much so it hurts all the way up to my collar bone.

Usually of a morning I then use my bowels and I am alright until early evening when it all begins again.

Any suggestions on what I can do to aid my discomfort? I went for a walk last night in hopes on massaging my lower abdomen in the process but it didn't really work...

    TIA.

Try hip circles. I've been doing bellydancing and some of the techniques there have seemed to help me (I also get bloated in the evening). Hip circles and figure 8's (with hips) seem to help. Streching may help too. Stand on your tippy toes and reach for the sky - then reach with one hand then the other. It helps move the ribs out of the way. Then roll down slowly to the ground and sway (keeping knees bent), then roll slowly up.

A yog pose that might help is lie on your back, bring your knees up to your chest and rock from side to side.

I'm also eating smaller meals, with the smallest being dinner.

I lived on Degas and mineral water for my bloating and wind ,

i had it so bad, and still get bloated now .i took de gas with each meal ,safe during pregnancy and breast feeding and drank mineral water as i found the fizzy ness helps with the bloating .

u can also use charcoal tablets for when the bowel gets really bad they absorb the excess gas

You could rub a little bit of caster oil onto your adbomen or the soles of your feet. The other thing you could do it soak a teaspoon of fennel in a cup of hot water and drink it like a tea. I know both of these things work but you might want to double check that they are safe to do during pregnancy.
