Karen, I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier. As you've had three previous caesareans you would know what to expect in terms of the physical healing process.

I have only had one caesarean so I can't compare it to your situation. The only thing I can say is that good post operative management is critical to how you will heal after the surgery. I also believe in getting up as soon as you can afterwards because the quicker you get back on your feet, the better you will feel.
