I wish I'd known that I could have had wrist/hand braces as I had REALLY bad CTS. I had permanent numbness/tingling in my hands....so much so that I could put my hands in a sink full of hot water straight from the tap and not know it was hot.....I had trouble typing, picking things up, writing etc, just like you are. There was nothing I could do about the pain either, I just had to put up with it. It wasn't very nice and I had it until Jacob was around 5w old.
