I'd stay away from nasal sprays altogether...

my sister-in-law and I have sinus problems which flare up when sick...the nose specialist told us to stay away from nasal sprays cause they can damage the nose even further...

I was booked in to have an op on my nose, but due to the fact that I'm pregnant I have to wait till bubs is 4mths old..
