Being that they're all within days of eachother I'd be going with the latest date. There is only 5 days between your earliest and latest date which isn't a huge discrepancy. The EDD is only an estimated due date - so whether the 3rd or the 8th, there still pretty much around the same time.

That will mean at the end of pregnancy you're less likely to be deemed to be "postdates" and have to deal with all it's associated dramas (because babies come when they're ready right? )
