Coughs & Colds

I have a terrible cough at the moment & a cold that only seems to be getting worse (today is the 5th day) and obviously being pregnant I can't take anything for it. I can't lie flat because I just end up coughing constantly. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try as a natural remedy? We're planning on going to the Dr today because Zander has now been coughing for a week & has started to refuse drinks, but thought I'd see if you guys had any wonderful suggestions?

Also I know this probably sounds ridiculous, but is there any chance I'm hurting bub by coughing so much? I don't have any pain from coughing just yet but am still worried about the little one......

hey sarah, i remember having a similar thing back in the beginning too.

I went to my chemist which is like a health food place too, and got some homeopathic spray which you spray underneath your tongue 3 times a day.

IT WORKED!
