It could be the start of SPD

I had SPD with my recent pregnancy and OMG the pain!!
Even sitting in one place was excuriating, walking was nothing but pain everything was so bad that i couldnt bear it..
I was referred to a physio throught the hossy and ended up with a belt and harness to support my hips it literally felt like they were going to pop out of place..
Just to walk out the front to the car would make me want to cry and then to sit and drive and then try and get out and walk again OOHHH THE AGONY!!!

Its quiet common you will be suprised and is common after a numerous amount of babies, i guess your hormones relax your muscles too much..
My pelvis actually was tilted that much that i had to go to physio alot to release tension in my muscles and pelvis.
The pain is very painful and if you get it early your lucky because they can offer you treatment to ease the pain which is normally almost constant depending on how severe your SPD is.
