    Dear Baby....

Those things you've love to say to your baby in utero.

    My current one:

    Dear Baby,
My belly button is not a way out, I don't care how strong you are and how much you push, you HAVE to stay in there for another 15 weeks til your EDD.
    Signed
    Your mummy.

    Dear baby,

Practicing your death rolls makes mummy feel seasick, please refrain from practicing them while she is awake.

    Thank you
    Your loving mummy

    Dear baby,
can you stop making me feel so sick in the next and last 9 weeks of this pregnancy.....PLEASE?
Also is there any possability of you maybe getting that foot out of my rib? Just on occation. And maybe stop rubbing my cervix from the inside cause it really hurts me.....a lot!
Otherwise enjoy your stay. Just one last thing any chance you could come on your due date and not over like your siblings? Pretty Please?

    Dear baby,

Are you happy in there? Is it warm and comfy? Do you feel safe? Do you like it when mummy talks? If you are happy, if you like it in there, please stay. Mummy is very excited to see you on Wednesday. I hope to see you waving back, my little love.

    Mummy loves you.

    Dear Baby-that-doesn't-exist-yet,

I need to talk your father into helping me create you... It'd be nice if you could just spontaneously appear!

    Dear Baby

Can you pleeeeeeease stop making Mummy vomit during sex. Mummy didn't feel like DTD when your sisters were in her tummy so its great to be interested this time. Mummy and Daddy know DTD just won't happen when you're on the outside so can you cut us a bit of slack now my lovely? It really does spoil the moment and poor Daddy is having to have a LOT of cold showers.

Love Mummy (and a frustrated Daddy)

Oh LuluHB! That would be horrid!

    Dear baby,

I really really really need you to sit tight. You've got a much better chance if you do. I'm doing my best to keep you safe in there, so no pushing around too hard and making your little home come unstuck. Hang in there for a few more weeks, okay? We can't wait to meet you either, but you've still got some growing to do!

    Love mummy, daddy and DD

    Dear baby,

2am is not play time. Yes, I love feeling you but are so strong and mummy doesn't get much sleep with Daddy on night shift.
Also, I can't wait to finally hear your heartbeat today. I can't believe at 24+3 I haven't heard it yet!!

    I love you, Beez

    Dear Baby,

When you stick your foot in my rib and your hand in my hip it makes mummy stand up really fast!! Now while I know you are a boofa baby and getting big, I don't mean to scare you by standing up fast. Have a lovely stay in there.

    Love Mummy.

    Dear JuneBug,

Mummy and daddy would prefer you didn't arrive on 6th June as this is our wedding anniversary. If your birthday is on that day we will never be able to spend a romantic night away on our anniversary until you're in your teens. Also, if you decide to arrive while mummy is still working, please not between the hours of 9am and 5pm or mummy will have some worried work colleagues and an interesting birth story to tell!

Oh, and one more thing, shoulder charging your way out of my vagina is not an option. Your brother did that and caused some damage. Would appreciate it if you could slip out gently.

Look forward to Meeting you in a couple of months.

    Love Mummy xx

    Dear Baby....

    Our darling little girl,
What a week we've had. Last week we thought there was a chance that you may not survive or we may have had to terminate you because you would not survive of you made it to full term. I'm sorry about all the upset hormones you would have experienced. Then you were prodded in your second scan in a week and the professor reassured us that your physical signs were good and you were very active in there. It was wonderful to see your hands nice and open and they you are growing so well. You even kept moving ad the professor put a big needle into your placenta to get a sample of the villi.
We both lost it when we got the good news. That you don't have trisomy 13, 18, or 21 and that you are a girl! We always thought you were.
We have spent our lifetimes looking for each other and wanting and wishing for you.
You are very much wanted and loved and talked about.
Please stay and keep growing. I'm looking forward to seeing you again at our next scan in a few weeks.
    Xoxo
